Enlisted to Aviator
Our program aims to alleviate the financial burden associated with starting flight training by providing financial means to deserving active-duty military men and women who are interested in what a career in aviation can offer them. Access to flight lessons can be costly and something we believe should be more accessible to those who have put their lives at risk to defend the country we are all so blessed to call home.
Are you the right fit?
Active Duty US Military
Must be actively serving (Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps, Coast Guard or Space Force) with a desire to pursue aviation as a career path.
Medical Eligibility
Must meet all medical eligibility requirements for participation in flight training programs. Class 1, 2 or 3 Aviation Medical Exam preferred.
Leaders
Must exhibit outstanding military performance, leadership potential, and a strong desire to contribute positively to the aviation industry.
Letter Of Recommendation
While a letter of recommendation is not required, submitting one may increase your chances of selection.
Proof of Service
Must provide proof of military service (documentation) to verify eligibility in the scholarship fund.
Essay & Personal Statement
In your application, you'll outline your career goals and aspirations in the aviation industry.

​​The Enlisted to Aviator Scholarship Fund is dependent upon the generosity of the community. Donations and fundraisers help fund the scholarships we hope to provide. We invite anyone with an interest in supporting the Enlisted to Aviator program to donate directly, or pass the message along to someone who might also find our mission to be something of value to the community.

The Enlisted to Aviator Scholarship Program was founded by fellow active duty enlisted Naval Sailors based out of Coronado, California. Our team is dedicated to promoting excellence and inclusivity in the field of aviation. With a mission to empower future generations of aviators, Enlisted to Aviator strives to remove barriers to entry and foster a culture of lifelong learning within the aviation community.

With over 4 years of active duty naval service I am extremely dedicated to serving my country at the highest level possible. I am deeply invested in fostering growth and enhancing the well-being of those around me. Whether I'm navigating my team through challenges at sea, or making crucial decisions under pressure, I strive to better myself each day. My approach is anchored in integrity, resilience, and an unwavering commitment to excellence, driving me to continually elevate my performance and inspire those I serve alongside.
